Dried cassava (Africa), bamboo fiber flour,
psyllium husk

This mix can be used traditionally for breaded
dishes, following the flour (Magic Mix)-egg-Magic Breadcrumb order, but it can
also be prepared by skipping the first step. Simply dip the meat or vegetables
to be breaded in the beaten egg, then coat in the Magic Breadcrumb mix, and fry
to taste in coconut oil or in an Airfryer. Optionally, you can add extra
coconut oil to the egg if baking in an Airfryer or convection oven, so there is
no need to spray additional oil; it will not dry out. It can also be used
sweetly, with cinnamon or Magic Sweet! sweetener and ground vanilla, making it
excellent for dumplings or as a coating for plum dumplings, and it can even be
placed under strudel.

Made in a gluten-free facility! Contains no
added sugar, only naturally occurring sugars. Store in a cool, dry place! This
product was made in a facility that also processes nuts!
